Appearing on SportsCenter this past Saturday, Jeremy Fowler, an NFL insider for ESPN, disclosed that the Bears are only in the initial stages of their draft assessment. He mentioned that the current starting quarterback, Justin Fields, has made the selection of the top overall pick a "challenging decision" due to his impressive performance in the latter part of the season.
It has been revealed that the Bears are in the early stages of evaluating all the top prospects, regardless of their positions. This includes a thorough examination of their character, extensive film analysis spanning several years, and a specific focus on Caleb Williams, who is widely regarded as the most talented quarterback prospect in the league.
