"It's a big year for the Chicago Bears organization as many believe general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy are on the hot seat. Quarterback Mitch Trubisky is on the hot seat as well and might have already lost his job. Needless to say, the 2020 NFL Draft is huge for the Bears. While the Bears don't have a first round pick, they have two second round picks (#42, #50) in a pretty deep draft. It was revealed recently by Justin Melo of SB Nation that the Bears were able to hold a visit with Auburn DL Marlon Davidson before the coronavirus pandemic. According to Melo the team was also able to meet with a player on the offensive side of the ball. Melo adds that the Bears along with the Tennessee Titans were able to meet with Houston OT Josh Jones before the pandemic. Jones is expected to be a top pick and some mocks have him going in the first round. The Bears clearly need help on the offensive line and Jones would be a nice boost of talent.
