The Chicago Bears took on the Houston Texans in the Hall of Fame Game last night, and they ended up coming through with a win.

Overall, the final score was 21-17 and the game ended in the third quarter. This is because of inclement weather in the area. At first, it started raining and with lightning looming as a threat, the NFL told players to go back to the locker room. Eventually, they decided to just end the game.

Bears head coach Matt Eberflus had no issue with this and praised the NFL for having a solid plan throughout the whole ordeal.

"They knew the weather was coming in and told us before the game," Eberflus said. "They had a plan in place to watch it because you never know how bad it's going to be in terms of the lightning and the severity of it. It was severe enough that they called it. They made a good call."
