Another player added to the top 30 visit list of the Bears

According to Justin Melo, SMU WR Danny Gray visited the Bears last week.

Gray is a very exciting prospect that has a huge upside at the next level.

The best word to describe his game is speed. He can flat-out fly. He played everywhere with the Mustangs in his career. He played at the slot position, at running back and on the outside. I think he is best suited to play at the "X" position which is mostly played outside the hash marks. He is listed a 6"1, 180 pounds. Gray makes great route adjustments to zone coverages and he found amazing production on nine routes, shallow crossers, and quick screens. Those routes enabled his best qualities when it came to speed, spatial awareness, and ball skills to shine.

He ran a 4,33 40-yard dash and I could argue he looked even faster on tape. It's crazy how fast he looks compared to the other player.

I think he would be a great pickup for the Bears and he could provide a big-play ability right off the gate in 2022.
