In this scenario, it is shown that the Raiders will get Justin Fields and the Bears' 2025 6th-round pick, and in exchange, the Bears will receive a 2024 and 2025 3rd-round pick.
The Raiders are in need of a new QB, and are likely willing to give up many picks in exchange for a potential franchise QB.
The Bears are likely to be moving on from Fields this upcoming season, as with the first overall pick, they are likely to select USC QB Caleb Williams.
Though this trade does make a lot of sense based on how Fields has played in the past, I still feel like the Bears could get more from this.
In many other mock draft/trade scenarios I have seen lately, it looks like more teams are likely to give up a 1st-rounder in exchange for Fields, and due to the Raiders being in desperate need of a QB, it seems like a 3rd is not enough.
Fields is definitely on many team's radars right now, as though he has only lead the Bears to losing records, these teams see the potential of him.
If the Bears do decide to draft Williams and trade Fields, I believe that a 3rd-round pick would not be enough and that the Bears deserve a 1st or 2nd-round pick.
