"The Chicago Bears made a huge splash today on the defensive side of things when they signed DE Robert Quinn today. It was a monster deal for five years and a total of $70million, $30million of that is guaranteed. The deal comes with some consequences and that consequence will be Leonard Floyd. NFL insider Ian Rapoport reports that the Bears have released Floyd before his fifth year option. He had a bit of a down year however received a full vote of confidence during the offseason by GM Ryan Pace.
