BREAKING David Montgomery Ruled Out For Monday.

"The Chicago Bears are playing on Monday night so there was some hope for running back David Montgomery. Montgomery of course has been going through the league's concussion protocol all week. Unfortunately for the Bears Montgomery wasn't able to clear the concussion protocol and has been ruled out by the Bears. NFL insider Adam Schefter just revealed the news on Twitter.
