"The Chicago Bears finally were able to make some noise at the NFL Draft when they had their first selection of the draft during the 2nd round. At #43, general manager Ryan Pace selected tight end Cole Kmet. Pretty much guaranteed, it's been a bit of controversial pick. Some fans love it and some fans hate it, so everybody waited to see what Pace had up his sleeve at #50. The Bears selected Jaylon Johnson with their second pick of the round. According to walterfootball, is the #9 CB overall. 4/22/20: Johnson is a solid zone corner who has instincts and some ball skills, but team sources note Johnson is very thin with a skinny lower body and is extremely tight. They have concerns about him getting pushed around by pro receivers. Johnson recorded 36 tackles with 11 passes broken up and two interceptions in 2019. He put together an impressive game against Washington. "
