The Chicago Bears will go through a couple of changes this year. After putting up a 12-4 record last year, the team lost their defensive coordinator Vic Fangio to the Denver Broncos as they took their vacant head coaching job. To replace Fangio, the Bears brought on former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano. Pagano went through lots of battles on and off the field during his time in Indy and was asked about moving on and had a pretty good statement with the cherry on top at the end of it. «I'm not bitter,» Pagano said from Illinois the other day. «I'm better. [Colts owner] Jim Irsay and I have a relationship for life. I love Jim Irsay. I love the organization. At some point coaches have to say goodbye to teams, and teams have to say goodbye to coaches. If you win, you keep your job, and if not, they move in a different direction. I never took it personal. And now I get to coach with one of the great franchises in sports, the Chicago Bears. I've died and gone to heaven.» Boom!
