Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has been the subject of many jokes over the years, and he got roasted once again. Former Atlanta Falcons and Washington defensive back DeAngelo Hall announced his retirement this week and dissed Jay Cutler in the process. "If I could have played against Jay Cutler more, I probably would be in the Hall of Fame by now, but it didn't quite work out," he said. For those who might have forgot, Hall intercepted Cutler four times in the same game back in 2010. In Cutler's defense though, it was the only game that Hall was able to pick off Cutler. Hall finished his career with 43 interceptions over 15 seasons.
