Though Moore is confident about his catch during the game, replays suggested he might have stepped out of bounds. The Bears didn't earn those two points, but Moore's primary concern was avoiding an injury.
"In my eyes, I caught it," Moore shared. "I bumped into the camera during that play, which momentarily distracted me. But that's football for you."
Having made numerous remarkable catches throughout his career, this was the first time Moore encountered a camera. "That was a new one for me," he laughed. "Definitely don't want a repeat of that."
Reflecting on the game, Moore wasn't too concerned about having only two targets, resulting in two catches. "Things happen in games. Sometimes, the defense shifts, sometimes you don't see everything happening on the field. The Packers' coverage was tight, with both a cornerback and safety keeping an eye on me," he said.
Facing Tampa Bay, Moore anticipates a different defensive approach due to their aggressive blitzing. "Tampa Bay's defense loves to blitz. They've got a dynamic front seven and some surprises from their defensive backs. They won't ease up; that's their style."
In previous games against defenses led by Todd Bowles, Moore boasts impressive stats: 53 receptions, 706 yards, an average of 13.3 yards per catch, and six touchdowns over eight games. He consistently delivers, never recording fewer than four catches or under 55 yards against Bowles-led defenses.
However, Moore believes in organic gameplay. When asked about Justin Fields' recent comments about being more aggressive and taking chances with 50-50 balls, Moore responded thoughtfully. "It's great to be aggressive, but forcing connections isn't the answer. Our game should flow as naturally as it did in training."
For Moore, the Bears should remain steady and trust their training, even when facing Tampa Bay's blitzes this Sunday. "We've faced challenges in practice and adapted. That's what we need to focus on now."
His closing remark? "Oh, and let's make sure we keep clear of the cameras!"
