K.J. Wright is CALLING OUT Russell Wilson!
After the Broncos traded for Russell Wilson before the 2022 season, it looked like the right move. The trade involved the Broncos giving up 3 players and 5 draft picks. Back then, the trade made more sense, but now...it looks awful.
Wilson was once one of the best players in the NFL. He is a 9-time Pro Bowler, the 2017 NFL passing touchdowns leader, and a Super Bowl champ. He was having himself a hall of fame career, but then this trade happened, and he had the worst season of his career. Throwing only 16 touchdowns in 15 games, along with getting sacked a career high of 55 times, Wilson is looking mediocre. Of course, not all of this is his fault. He was put into a terrible system, but, stars are supposed to change teams like these.
While on Good Morning Football, Wilson's former teammate, KJ Wright, called out Wilson and this trade. Wright said:
It seems like there may be some bad blood between the two players, or Wright is just calling out what he is seeing. Is this honesty or is it shade?
Could Wilson be a star again, or is his career over?
