"For the second straight year Kyle Long will be heading to the Super Bowl to watch his older brother Chris play. Last season Chris Long was a member of the New England Patriots and now he has returned with the Philadelphia Eagles this season. Kyle was on the field in Philadelphia last week to celebrate an NFC Championship with his brother, but he told the Carmen and Jurko Show on ESPN 1000 AM earlier this week that he wants to be in a Bears uniform the next time he's celebrating such an accomplishment. «I'd say 99.9 percent of the time, even 100 percent of the time I'm completely wholeheartedly so happy for my brother,» Long said, per the Chicago Tribune. «And I'm so lucky and grateful to be able to be part of that experience. … That's the brother in me. The NFL brother in me? I mean when I'm standing on the field and there's green-and-white confetti — and last year it was red, white and blue — a part of me is anxious to see that navy and orange falling from the rafters.» Long has had to endure back-to-back seasons that were cut short do to injury, but he told Carmen and Jurko that he was «feeling great.» He admitted that he will have some more offseason surgery this season, including repairing a torn labrum. He said the surgeries are nothing major and just minor standard-operating-procedure offseason stuff.»"
