"A couple of days ago we heard that Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace might go for the free agency home run. It meant Pace could pay up to land free agent tight end Austin Hooper.However it now seems that dream is over. According to reports Hooper is about to get a major pay day, one the Bears just can't compete with. Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports reports that Green Bay, Washington and Cleveland are ready to get into a bidding war for the free agent tight end.
