Ryan Pace Comments On Lack Of Allen Robinson Extension.

"There was something people wanted to see all summer but it just never happened.An Allen Robinson contract extension. Robinson is by far the Chicago Bears' top wide receiver and easily one of the best in the league. Despite the Bears sketchy QB, oline and running back situation last year the 27 year old still registered 1147 yards and seven touchdowns. Why has there been no extension yet?According to general manager Ryan Pace, the team is still waiting for cap details regarding the 2021 salary cap situation for any extension situation. "That's not going to prevent us from doing the things we want to do."
On the other hand, the Bears will have to give out big QB money and hand out some cash to help fix the brutal OLine, will there be any money left over for Robinson. Only time will tell if Pace really has any intention of bringing him back.
