A lot of elite wide receivers have surfaced in trade rumours in the past few months. From Amari Cooper to Devante Adams or even Deebo Samuel recently, this off-season has been nothing short of spectacular.

However, as much fun as it would have been for the Bears to get involved in those rumours, it did not make a lot of sense since the Bears are trying to get cheaper, younger guys to develop alongside QB Justin Fields.

Well, the most recent player on the trade block actually checks those boxes. His name is Kadarius Toney.

The news broke out a few days ago that the New York Giants were "actively shopping" the young receiver.

Toney is still extremely young as he just turned 23 years old. He was selected with the 20th overall pick in 2020. Kadarius' rookie campaign did not go as planned. He was bothered by an ankle injury that forced him to miss multiple games. However, he did play in 10 games and started 4 of them. He had 39 receptions for 420 yards.

Ralph Vacchiano of SNY reported that a 3rd-round pick is seen as the likely return for Toney. This would be a really solid price for any teams acquiring him since he was a first-round selection just a year ago and he showed excellent potential in the few games he played. He would also be under a really cheap contract for at least 3 years.

Toney is such an explosive player and, in the very little time he played, he has shown that he has a great ability to break multiple tackles. Check out a few highlights:
