It's easy to look back on moments in life and say "what if". Sometimes things just don't go your way and you have to accept it. It can be interesting to look back at certain events and see what could have gone differently simply to raise conversation. Here are 3 of these moments that fit the mold:

What if Cutler doesn't go down with an injury?

The 2010 Bears were one win away from the Super Bowl. They had the Greenbay Packers to beat in the NFC Championship game. The 11-5 squad was led by Jay cutler who sprains his MCL during the game. Cutler proceeded to walk off the field and sit out the remainder of the game. This came with extreme backlash on the Qb. Most fans saying he QUIT on his own team. This roster was loaded with stars who were so close to reaching their goal of a Super Bowl championship. Notable players are Brian Urlacher, Charles Tillman, Devin Hester, Lance Briggs, and Matt Forte. The Bears lost 21-14 without Cutler but would he have been enough to lead Chicago to a victory?

What if Cody Parkey aims 2 more inches to the right?

In 2018, the Bears were playing the Eagles in the wildcard. They were down 15-16 on the Eagles' 25-yard line. With 10 seconds on the clock, Parkey steps out to take the game-winning field goal. He hits the left upright and the Bears are eliminated. Philadelphia went on to lose the following week against the Saints.

What if the Bears draft another Qb than Trubisky?

In the 2017 NFL draft, the Bears traded up one spot (from 3 to 2) to draft Mitchell Trubisky. In the process, they gave up the No. 3 pick, their third-round pick (No. 67), one of their fourth-round picks (No. 111), and a 2018 third-round pick. A costly move but worth it you find your franchise quarterback. Safe to say Trubisky didn't work out in Chicago and is already off the team. We can also mention that Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson were also selected in that first round.
