With the 2018 Chicago Bears' season behind us, it's time to look forward at the possible roster moves and changes coming during the offseason. Without a doubt at the top of the Bears list sits kicker Cody Parkey's name with a large red line across it and everybody hoping his contract and future with the Bears is somehow terminated. However there's also some other names that we might not see back next year.Tight end Dion Sims and his $6.3million 2019 cap hit might be among them. With Adam Shaheen injured, Sims started the year as the team's number two tight end, however only caught two balls all year and they were both during Week 1. His main purpose rest of season was to be a blocking tight end, however he wasn't really ever able to do that job properly either. Mix that together with his concussion history and it's probably time to say goodbye. With Shaheen ready for 2019, is it time to say goodbye to Sims?
