With the Chicago Bears season now officially over, the Vic Fangio watch has begun. The Bears defensive coordinator has been linked to a couple of vacant head coaching jobs and one of the most talked about ones is the vacancy in Denver. According to multiple sources, the job has come down to Fangio and Pittsburgh Steelers OL coach Mike Munchak. While many believe Munchak is the favourite, the Broncos did spend time with Fangio yesterday. The Broncos crew were originally supposed to leave Chicago around lunch time yesterday however only ended up leaving around 6pm, which could mean one of two things. With the Bears cleaning out their lockers the meeting was delayed, or things went well with Fangio and they ended up spending extra time with him. It has been confirmed that Fangio didn't head back to Denver with the group and John Elway is expected to make a decision in the next couple of days.
