Ross was drafted by the Bengals as the 9th pick overall in the 2017 NFL draft. Ross was widely praised on his speed, and even broke Chris Johnson's 4.24 record time in the 40-yard dash at the NFL combine.
Ross spent 4 seasons with the Bengals, and after becoming a free agent in 2021, he signed a one-year deal with the Giants, where he appeared in 10 games.
After not being on an NFL team last season, Ross signed with the Chiefs for the 2024 season and found himself practicing at training camp this past week. It was then announced today that the Chiefs placed Ross on the reserve / retired list.
Ross finishes his career with 62 receptions, 957 receiving yards, and 11 touchdowns.
