The Chicago Bears will be possibly looking to add a piece or two on defense during free agency. We've heard some names thrown around like Earl Thomas and Dee Ford and now one of the team's biggest foes has been mentioned. Could the Bears add Green Bay Packers outside linebacker Clay Matthews as a depth addition. Obviously Matthews' production has declined in Green Bay over recent years only giving the team 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble last year, but he would be in a totally different role in Chicago. Matthews could rotate with Khalil Mack and Leonard Floyd and just come in on certain snaps. He's obviously very familiar with the Bears NFC North opponents and would be surrounded by way better talent than any defense he's ever been on in Green Bay. At 32 he can still get after quarterbacks and would likely cost way less than the $11million he cost the Packers last season. Would you like to see the Bears add Matthews on a cheap contract?
