It remains a mystery why the Bears didn't retain Lewis for their practice squad. As for the Bears' performance, their pass rush underwhelmed against the Packers, with only one sack and six pressures. While ESPN Analytics indicates that their pass rush wasn't the worst, Pro Football Focus data suggests otherwise.

The question arises: will Khalid Kareem play in Week 2? The Bears, who were impressed with Kareem's performance during the Colts' training camp, are yet to decide. Kareem wasn't active in the season opener against the Packers, and his status for the upcoming match with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers remains uncertain. If the Bears' pass rush struggles continue, it might pave the way for Kareem's debut.
