With every passing day, it seems more and more likely that Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace is set to totally revamp his coaching staff. Head coach John Fox definitely doesn't figure to be a part of Pace's future plans, and the same can be assumed for offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains and quarterbacks coach Dave Ragone. While many will point to the fact that the Bears have no wide receivers for the reason the coaching staff has kept Trubisky's play calling very limited, next year the Bears will have to without a doubt let Trubisky get more involved in the offense. After seeing the success that the Los Angeles Rams have had with quarterback Jared Goff after hiring young head coach Sean McVay, many believe the Bears should take the same step for the betterment of Trubisky's development. 247Sports.com came up with "5 Young Offensive Minds Who Could Mold Bears QB Mitch Trubisky".Let's take a look at their list:Jim Bob Cooter - Detroit Lions OC - Cooter is expected to be this offseason's hottest name on the coaching market. He's done a great job with Matthew Stafford and the Lions offense. Byron Leftwich - Arizona Cardinals QB Coach - While it's kind of a stretch to imagine Leftwich as a head coach for any team next year, let alone the Bears, the former seventh overall pick from the 2003 draft could be an interesting candidate for OC or QB Coach. Josh McDaniels - New England Patriots OC - McDaniels was thought of as a possible candidate for the 49ers head coaching job this year, however he decided to stay in New England. While he would be an ideal candidate, it's hard to tell if he'll leave New England before Brady retires. John DeFilippo - Philadelphia Eagles QB Coach - ESPN's Jeff Dickerson recently labeled DeFilippo as an "ideal candidate" to replace Fox, the young 39 year old like Cooter is expected to be a big name on the coaching market this offseason, the Bears will have to pay up for either Cooter or DeFilippo. Matt LaFleur - Los Angeles Rams OC - If the Bears want to carbon copy the Rams success McVay has had with Goff, what better way to do it than to snatch their OC. LeFleur has helped the Rams find offensive success this year and was also the man behind Matt Ryan's MVP season in Atlanta last year. Who from this list do you think would be an ideal candidate?
