In a new interview with Bears legend/Hall of Famer, Brian Urlacher, he explains what the Bears should do in this years draft:

As heard, Urlacher believes that the Bears should trade away QB Justin Fields and start fresh with USC QB Caleb Williams.

Like many other analysts and former players, Urlacher feels like the only way the Bears will have success is if they move on from Fields and build around Williams.

Fields will be entering his 4th year in the NFL, and has lead the Bears to a disappointing 10-28 record. The Bears have been in a slump and Urlacher wants to see a full change in Chicago.

With the clean sweep firing on the Bears, Urlacher wants to see the same go with their QB situation.
