The Chicago Bears added some great tools during the NFL Draft that should fit into Matt Nagy's offensive system. One of those picks was Riley Ridley who the Bears chose in the 4th round of the draft. Ridley has a pretty good source of inspiration and information when it comes to being an NFL receiver as his brother is Atlanta Falcons 2018 first round pick, Calvin Ridley. Every coach wants receivers who will run the routes giving 100% whether they're going to get the ball or not and that's something that Riley says Calvin implanted in his head. «My brother really prides himself on running routes,» Ridley said, via the team's website. «He takes that and gives it to me and just lets me know that running routes can really help you as a receiver. It helps you gain separation and makes the catches easier. You're more open. It makes your quarterback gain more trust in you.» Ridley will be battling Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel, Anthony Miller, Cordarrelle Patterson, Tarik Cohen, Trey Burton and likely David Montgomery for touches so it's going to be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
