Bears set to make massive offer to former Pro Bowler

The Bears GM made a huge move for WR Kenan Allen this off-season and it seems like their number one priority is locking him up for the long-run.
Allen is headed into the last year of his $80.1 Million contract and Bears GM Ryan Poles recently said in a interview their number 1 priority is locking him down with a new contract.
One concern, however, is that Allen has just one season remaining on his four-year, $80.1 million contract, which means he could end up a free agent as early as March 2025. As such, Ryan Fowler of Bleacher Report on Sunday, June 23, listed a contract extension for Allen as the «most important» for the Bears to complete this summer.
Clearly Poles believes Allen is a huge part of the Bears organization moving forward as he plans on giving him a major contract before he has even played a single games.
