Bears sign former Jets & Raiders linebacker: details

With training camp underway, the Chicago Bears have decided to come out and sign linebacker Javin White.

Interestingly enough, White actually was with the Bears organization just a few years ago. However, he ended up injuring his knee in training camp and was subsequently cut. Most recently, White played for the Michigan Panthers of the UFL where he finished the season with 38 tackles and two sacks.

White used to play for the New York Jets and the Las Vegas Raiders so he certainly has NFL experience. Whatever the case may be, there is no doubt that the Bears will have some depth at linebacker this season.
