Caleb Williams admits to breaking NFLPA rules

Caleb Williams of the Chicago Bears has not signed a rookie contract, and it appears as though that could spell a heap of trouble for not just the Bears, but the NFLPA's rule book.

Earlier today, we reported on how Caleb Williams commented on his rookie contract issues. Overall, it would appear as though he is not the one taking care of the negotiations. Instead, he has put his lawyers in charge.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Williams just gave away some crucial information. Simply put, the way he is currently handling his negotiations is against the NFLPA's rules. He should have an NFLPA approved agent, but instead, he is going through lawyers, which is simply not allowed for rookie deals.
