Chicago Bears fans react to shocking captaincy announcement

Earlier today, the Chicago Bears made a massive announcement as they revealed which players will be part of their leadership core for the entire season.

The captains for this season will be Caleb Williams, Jaylon Johnson, Cole Kmet, DJ Moore, Kevin Byard, Mercedes Lewis, TJ Edwards, and Tremaine Edmunds. If you are keeping up at home, that is a total of eight captains.

Perhaps the biggest revelation here is that Caleb Williams, a rookie, will be one of the captains. Although considering his position and how he played in the preseason, it is easy to see how he earned it.
