Chicago Bears tight end finds new team

Earlier this week, the Chicago Bears cut tight end Brenden Bates from the roster despite scoring 100 yards on six receptions.

Today, he was picked up by the New York Jets. While there is no guarantee he will get any playing time, there is no denying that this could prove to be an amazing opportunity.

Hopefully, he is able to get everything he wants out of this opportunity. Otherwise, it could be a tough go moving forward. Either way, the Jets could certainly use the help.
