According to Gene Chamberlain of Sports Illustrated, this has led to frustration and criticism directed at the head coach.
However, Chamberlain noted in his piece that fans should just trust Eberflus. At the end of the day, the coach is trusted to know what is best. Not to mention, it has been a decade since starters got playing time in the Hall of Fame Game.
