Velus Jones Jr. is a player who is known for being a phenomenal kick returner for the Chicago Bears.
In recent years, rules were put in place to nerf kickoff returns, however, the fans and the players hated it. Eventually, the NFL changed course and made the rules more returner friendly. As a result, Velus Jones Jr. is now claiming that a whole lot more TDs will be scored on kickoffs this season.
