While on the "Green Light Podcast," Bears Pro Bowler Montez Sweat was asked about what advice he will give to soon to be Bears first draft pick Caleb Williams when it comes to leadership:

Sweat wants to see Williams earn the respect from the vets and stars of the Bears, and wants to make sure he isn't coming in thinking he has it all figured out already.

Williams will be joining a stacked roster once he comes to Chicago, but Sweat knows that greatness won't just appear the second he steps foot into the locker room.

Williams needs to be patient and stay humble, along with learning how to be a leader in such an intense environment.
