Amid discussions, Bears GM Ryan Poles expressed no concerns about Williams' off-field interests and commitment, contrasting with the high regard for Daniels' passion for football. Adding intrigue, Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer hinted that the Washington Commanders would likely pick Daniels second, possibly thanking the Bears later for the opportunity.
