Yesterday we learned that Sports Illustrated absolutely trashed the Bears in their 2019 NFL season preview. For SI, the two bright spots for the Bears were their front seven on their OLine ranking the front seven as the best in the league and the OLine as the 10th best in the line. That OLine just took a huge injury hit yesterday as head coach Matt Nagy confirmed some bad news. Nagy confirmed to reporters that tackle TJ Clemmings will miss the entire season with a quad injury. What makes matters worse is that it's not even the same leg that cost him 12 games last season. According to Nagy it sounds like Alex Bars will take over the role moving forward. "I watched the [Colts-Bears] tape post-game in my office and you could see that he did some good things there," Nagy said. "We just want to see him keep growing and see what he can do, but I liked what I saw, so we'll get him going there a little bit more."
