According to ESPN analyst and former NFL linebacker Bart Scott, the Bears are barely a professional football team, a team that beat a team (the 49ers) that was in the NFC championship game a year ago. he also went on to say that the Bears are "a CFL team".

While I will not make the case that the Bears are a top team in the NFL, to say that they are barely a professional team and are of the caliber of a CFL team is simply ridiculous.
