Bears Insider Shares his Bold Predictions for the 2023 Season
Now that the NFL season is just one day away, bold predictions are being revealed, and Bears insider Josh Schrock decided to hop on the trend:
Schrock gave predictions on many different teams and players, but I will just be focusing on the Bears predictions.
In his article, Schrock predicts that the Bears will feel even luckier after the season, as they currently own the Panthers 1st-round pick, and Schrock believes that the Panthers will finish with a bad record, and allow the Bears to secure the number 1 spot.
He then writes about how he sees Fields having himself an impressive year, possibly even an MVP hopeful, but he does not feel confident in them reaching a playoff spot:
He sees them "maybe" getting a spot, but maybe is not what Bears fans want to to hear.
However, the plus side is that Fields is predicted to have a great year, and if he truly does show what he can do on the field, then a playoff spot seems more likely, especially if his teammates around him can help him out.
Fields finally has weapons, and if DJ Moore can continue being a star, then I can see this Bears team being a true contender, and not just a "maybe" team.
