Bears Legend Lance Briggs Reacts to Bears Win, Comments on QB Justin Fields

To end off week 12 of the 2023 season, the Bears took on the Vikings on MNF. The game was ugly, but the Bears were able to come out on top and get the win, 12-10.

With this win, many fans are having mixed feelings. Some are thrilled and excited for the future of Justin Fields, DJ Moore, and this exciting defense. While on the other hand, many are still not pleased with Fields, and are ready to trade him away.

After this nail-biter game, Bears legend Lance Briggs shared his thoughts, and commented on both the defense and Fields:

Though the Bears offense was nowhere to be found all night, Briggs still wanted to give a kind shoutout to Fields for accomplishing the game winning drive.

Fields finished the game going 27/37, throwing for 217 yards, along with 2 fumbles and no touchdowns. He had a bad 2nd half, but he was still able to step up when it meant the most, and bring the Bears to field goal range:

Briggs is happy with Fields, but will this win prove that he is meant to be a Bear, or will the team still move on from him and draft a QB in 2024?
