Bears OLBs Coach Makes HUGE Statement About Leonard Floyd!

While everybody knows what to expect from Khalil Mack this up coming season, the book is still out on Leonard Floyd. Floyd has shown flashes of brilliance and has been disappointing at times as well. However when speaking to Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic, new Bears outside linebackers coach Ted Monachino made a pretty big statement regarding Floyd that could surprise Bears' fans. "I think Leonard as a pure, natural pass-rusher has a bigger toolbox than anybody else I'm coaching right now" Monachino said. "I want everybody to understand what I just said. The better rusher right now is (Mack) but the natural pass-rush ability, the pass-rush gene? 94 has it".Monachino went on to imply that Vic Fangio's staff didn't help develop Floyd properly and believes he'll be able to help unlock Floyd's true talents.
