McDaniel is the new generation of coaching, but the Bears ownership likes the classic ways. With such an iconic and historic team, they like to keep things old school, meaning they like to keep things safe.
McDaniel is a coach that everyone wants, including Bears fans, but it doesn't look like the Bears ownership will ever be interested in a guy like him, sadly.
