As stated by Pearson, Claypool was hit late by Jackson, which then caused the players to get into a fight. Pushing and shoving was involved, as well as Jackson's helmet flying off.
Pearson then expanded in another tweet, and explained that after the 11 on 11 scrimmage was over, they were still trash talking one another, so GM Ryan Poles had to step in:
In some ways, this is a bad look, as we never want to see teammates fighting one another. However, this does bring in some positive news to fans, as it shows that these Bears players are playing with a fire and new sense of intensity. It shows dedication and passion, so this may actually be a good sign.
All offseason, fans have been worried about Claypool's dedication to the game, but now, it looks like he is the most committed he has ever been.
