The Chicago Bears are one of the NFL's charter franchises when the league was founded in 1920, and there's been a lot of great football players who have graced the franchise.

The Bears have the most Hall of Famers with 30 players (who made their primary contribution with Chicago), which most recently includes the 2020 inductions of Jimbo Covert and Ed Sprinkle. Return specialist Devin Hester could be the latest Bear to join the ranks in Canton.

However, you could argue that even more players would be deserving of a nomination as well.

Well, Bob Warja, writer at Bleacher Report made a list of 12 Bears players that got overlooked in the past for a Hall of Fame nomination. Here it is

12. Doug Plank

11. Kevin Butler

10. Mike Brown

9. Johnny Morris

8. Gary Fencik

7. Joe Fortunato

6. Doug Buffone

5. Ed O'Bradovich

4. Jay Hilgenberg

3. Steve McMichael

2. Charles Tillman

1. Devin Hester
