Jalen Ramsey isn't the only cornerback on the move this offseason. The Indianapolis Colts have reportedly agreed to trade Stephon Gilmore to the Dallas Cowboys for a 2023 fifth-round pick.
Gilmore signed a two-year deal with the Colts in 2021, but the Cowboys will now inherit his $7.96 million salary for the upcoming season. The trade will also provide the Colts with over $9 million in cap space.
Although Gilmore hasn't reached the same level of play since winning Defensive Player of the Year with the Patriots in 2019, he started every game for the Colts last season and recorded 66 tackles, two interceptions, and 11 passes defensed.
The Cowboys will pair Gilmore with Trevon Diggs to bolster their pass defense for the 2023 season.
