"Just a couple of hours after stating everything was disappointing but to not expect major changes, major changes happened. Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy held a press conference this morning, then decided to make some changes. In total, the Bears have fired four assistant coaches. OC Mark Helfrich, OL coach Harry Hiestand, TE coach Kevin Gilbride and assistant special teams coach Brock Olivo according to WGN Radio. All the changes on offense make perfect sense as the Bears offense was a shell of itself compared to last year. Allen Robinson seemed to be the only guy that was able to have a successful season. With changes at OC, OL coach and TE coach, we can definitely hope for a bounce back season from Tarik Cohen next year. With troubles on the OLine and at TE, opposing teams were easily able to focus in on Cohen and make him ineffective.
