BREAKING: Chicago Bears are Officially Trading WR Chase Claypool to the Miami Dolphins

As reported by insider Ian Rapoport, the Bears are Trading away WR Chase Claypool to the Dolphins:

Many NFL executives did not think the Bears would be able to trade him, as Claypool is infamous for his locker room presence and on field performances.

This trade comes after Claypool disrespected the Bears coaches, which then lead for the team to bench him for 2 games in a row. Now, they no longer need to deal with him, as Claypool is now a Dolphin.

The Bears acquired Claypool during the 2022 season, but sadly, he only brought in negative energy. This will go down as a wasted trade from 2022, but at least the Bears were able to get something in exchange this time around.

The Bears will be getting a 2025 6th round draft pick in return.
