Bridgewater plans on coaching high school football after he leaves the NFL.
Bridgewater was the Vikings 1st round pick back in 2014, and was seen to have a bright future. But unfortunately, an injury ruined those chances.
After his Pro Bowl season ended and in preparation for the 2016 season, Bridgewater tore his ACL, along with other damage to his knee. He was then forced to miss the entire 2016 season.
Bridgewaters performance was never the same after this injury, and had since struggled to remain long-term on teams.
Now, after 10 seasons, Bridgewater is deciding to end his playing career, and put his focus on coaching the future of the NFL.
