NFL insider Tom Pelissero reports that Brian Flores will have his first interview after being fired by the Miami Dolphins and it will be with the Chicago Bears. Flores was surprisingly fired by the Dolphins on Monday and it shocked many across the NFL. The 40 year is expected to be one of the hottest candidates on the market and the Bears get first stab at him. While he the Dolphins were barely a .500 team during his time in Miami, he wasn't given very much to work with. His defense has been stellar and he's done the best he can with a rag doll offense.
