The 28-year-old Martin, initially selected in the sixth round by the Seahawks in 2018, has completed his initial four-year stint worth $2.6 million with Seattle. Following that period, he secured a three-year deal for $13.5 million with the Jets in 2022.
Midway through the season, Martin was on the move again when the Jets traded him to the Broncos. Post-draft, Martin was released by the Broncos, but he quickly found a new home with the Texans after they offered him a contract. Despite this, his time with the Texans was cut short during the final roster trims.
In August 2023, Martin agreed to a one-year contract with the Colts, only to re-enter the free agency market this offseason. His tenure with the Colts saw him take the field in 17 games, where he contributed with seven tackles and a pair of sacks.
