"The Chicago Bears continue their search for a head coach and general manager and while most of the interviews have been made public because the candidates work for other teams, one is a bit more under the radar. That of course is Jim Harbaugh. While Harbaugh has still been around Michigan and reportedly doing some recruiting, he's yet to sign a new deal leaving the door open for an NFL opportunity. That opportunity could still be the Chicago Bears. Hub Arkush of Pro Football Weekly reports that the Bears have a had a conversation with Harbaugh. It was pointed out recently that Harbaugh could be open to the opportunity of working in Chicago because of his relationship with Ted Phillips and various other ties to the organization. As reportedly recently, Harbaugh doesn't have an agent, so him not signing with Michigan and speaking to the Bears is very interesting.
