"Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery had lots of hype going into his rookie season. Unfortunately for Montgomery, the Bears OLine just didn't show up. The 22 year old was still able to put up some solid numbers on his own with 889 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns along with 185 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. With questions still surrounding the OLine, Montgomery has decided to put in some extra work himself with some help. Montgomery is training with Dr. Michael Tal Risher who is a Chicago Sports Performance Doctor.Dr. Risher posted on his Instagram that he has "never met someone with a desire to be great like David. This man is not ok with good enough, he has to be great."

Don't sleep on @reallyunderstandme this year ???? . I've never met someone with a desire to be great like David. This man is not ok with good enough, he has to be great. Drilled with these @hecostix for 30 minutes until we felt good about the number of consecutive catches at each different angle. . Hecostix and the Bosu ball are an awesome combo. Not only do you have to balance on the ball, but you have to process information quickly and act based on that information. Information processing is something that separates GOOD athletes from GREAT athletes. Changing the angle that the object comes from forces your brain to learn and adapt constantly. . The added benefit of the Bosu ball is ankle stability and core control. Injury prevention is ???? and we are able to hit 2 aspects of injury prevention with one exercise. . ???? Lecrae: Broke
